Kevin Kennedy Has Joined Synchron Board Of Directors
Networking industry veteran provides substantial business and technology expertise

Scotts Valley, California - Synchron Networks Inc., a pioneer in secure software deployment announced that Kevin Kennedy has joined the company board as non-executive director.

Mr. Kennedy is Chief Operating Officer for Openwave, the worldwide leader of open IP-based communications infrastructure software and applications. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Cisco's Service Provider Line of Business and Software Technologies Division. He is a 17-year Bell Labs veteran and served as a congressional fellow to the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Science, Technology and Space.

Kennedy has joined a board that includes Rob Faw, Chairman; Kevin Scott, 3i Investment Director; Darlene Mann, Onset Ventures General Partner; and Carl Fravel, Founder and VP of Product Development.
